Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order and would like a refund or exchange, please fill out the return form and we will get back to you with a return authorization number.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I receive an error message everytime I go to checkout, what could I be doing wrong?
A: First look for any error messages that are displayed, a majority of the time the credit card will be declined because the billing address is different than the one for the card. If you still have trouble, you can always contact us for assistance.
Q: I clicked on the add to cart button but nothing happened. Where did my product go?
A: Once you have added a product to you cart, you are transfered to where you were originally shopping so that you may continue to browse around. If you would like to check the status of your Shopping Cart, or you are ready to check out, simply click on the "Shopping Cart" button.
Q: A product I am interested in says there are multiple colors I can choose from, but I don't see the other colors. How do I know which color I want?
A: If we do not have pictures posted for all of the colors, shoot us an e-mail or give us a call. We will be happy to send you a picture of the product you are interested in.
