A training fork is the Western version of a running martingale. It starts at the girth, runs through the front legs and splits into a fork for the reins. When the head is in a normal position, the reins form a straight line from the bit, through the rings to the rider's hands. When a horse throws it's heads up, there is downward pressure on the reins. This leather training fork easily attaches to breast collar with Conway buckle. The straps measure 3.25" W with 1.75" rings for easy rein attachment. Rein straps measure 13" from ring to ring. Center strap measures 7.5" at shortest to 12" at longest adjustment.
